SPS provides multi-vendor maintenance for Hyosung, NCR (Atleos), Diebold Nixdorf, Wincor, GRG, and Nautilus Hyosung models. Our engineers are factory-trained and certified across all major platforms, enabling a single SLA contract regardless of your ATM brand mix.

How long does a typical TCR installation take?

A standard teller cash recycler installation including hardware setup, network configuration, CBS integration, and teller training typically takes 1 to 2 business days per branch. Multi-branch rollouts are phased and project-managed by our team with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Do you integrate with our existing core banking system?

Yes. Our solutions integrate with all major core banking platforms including Flexcube, Temenos T24, Finacle, KCB Core, and other regional CBS providers via REST API, ISO 8583, or XFS middleware. Our integration team works alongside your IT department to ensure a smooth connection with your existing infrastructure.

What does your managed services contract include?

Our managed services contract covers hardware supply and installation, preventive maintenance (quarterly), corrective maintenance with sub-4-hour on-site SLA, 24/7 TMS monitoring, spare parts, software updates, cash forecasting reports, and a dedicated account manager. Contracts are customised to your fleet size and operational requirements.

Can you service equipment not originally supplied by SPS?

Absolutely. Our multi-vendor maintenance division services ATMs and cash handling equipment from all major manufacturers, regardless of the original supplier. We stock genuine OEM spare parts and carry out repairs to manufacturer standards with full warranty on all work performed.

Do you operate outside Kenya?

Yes. SPS currently operates in Kenya, Tanzania, Comoros, and Djibouti, with ongoing expansion into Rwanda and Uganda. For regional deployments, we partner with local technical teams and provide remote TMS monitoring from our Nairobi operations centre.
